Reunited with the national team!

In the beginning of August, Ski Team Sweden arranged a physical training camp in Åre, Sweden, combined with some good team building sessions. It was really great to be back in the squad. I was really satisfied with my physical condition, which shows that my preparation and rehab period has been good.

Next up is a month long camp in Chile, where we get the opportunity to train and compete (South American Cup) in real winter conditions and not on a glacier. We travel there on the 25th of August. I’m really looking forward to that.

Soon we will launch my new website, where you can follow my calendar and my competitions, read about my background and my sponsors, and maybe order a nice Craft t-shirt from our Team Alex Köll collection.
